Legal
Terms of Use
Last updated 5 August 2026
These terms govern your use of defendgen.com. By using the site you accept them. They cover the website only. If you become a client, the services we deliver are governed by a separate signed agreement, and where that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement wins.
What this website is
General information about DefendGen and the services we offer. It is not security, legal, compliance, or insurance advice for your specific situation, and you should not act on it as though it were. Pricing shown is a starting point for the stated endpoint ranges. Final pricing depends on scope and is confirmed in writing before any engagement begins.
No engagement is created by using this site
Submitting the contact form, requesting a risk assessment, or exchanging email with us does not create a service relationship and does not put your environment under monitoring. Monitoring begins only after a signed agreement and completed onboarding. Do not report a live security incident through this website if you are not already a client under contract, because nobody is watching this channel for emergencies.
Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial email. Good faith security testing and vulnerability reporting are welcome and are covered by our disclosure policy rather than by this clause.
Intellectual property
The DefendGen name, logo, and the content of this site belong to DefendGen and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission. The sample report published on this site is an illustrative specimen provided for evaluation. CrowdStrike and Falcon are trademarks of CrowdStrike, Inc., referenced here to describe the technology we operate.
Third-party links
Where we link to another organisation we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content or its handling of your data.
Warranties and liability
This website is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, including that it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the fullest extent the law allows, DefendGen is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its general content. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. This clause is about the website. Liability under a client engagement is set by that engagement's own agreement.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
